The cards provide a process for you to build your knowledge of yourself in the past and present, while also assisting to formulate how you may want to be in the future. Creating pathways of the self to be expanded as your self literacy is widened.
The cards offer an immediate opportunity to check in with yourself with your emotions, awareness and experience, without having to read book or blog, understand complex frameworks or hold a discussion with another person.
The idea is that we may not always know our experience, have an awareness of our moment or identify a feeling. So the cards allow a person to explore through their current knowledge of self, while building further language and understanding as they go.The aim is that people can use the card on their own or with each other as communication cards.
The cards can also be used to find the language so a person’s moment can be expressed to another person and facilitate further communication with others.

The cards are 100 cards and have 10 themed subcategories to therapeutically explore your awareness. The themes to explore are:
Intention - the next moment
State – an innate assessment
Circumstance - details of a situation
Intensity - rate the moment
Desire – wish to have
Permission - want to have
Emotion – what’s my feeling
Boundary - what is my edge
Values – guiding me
Attune - intentional noticing

Print out the cards and cut them into the unique cards.
Sort into piles from the color strips on the lowest edge of each card. Choose a pile and select aligned cards. Notice your body sensations, thoughts and emotions.
Decide to explore further card piles or stop. Reflect on the deepening inner understanding. Express your transformation with creative movement, words and art.
Honour your experience with a quiet moment. Sense becoming more aware and intentional. Then embody yourself just that little bit more.
You can then share your thoughts, feelings, sensations reflections and observations with others to deepen a connection with others.
